The Expert Consultation Meeting (ECM) on NEASPEC Transboundary Air Pollution Project, held on 8 December in Seoul, provided a platform for experts to discuss scientific tools for assessing the state of air pollution in the subregion and developing policy and technical measures. It led to the general conclusion that NEASPEC should play a central role in building a scientific community and bridging science with policy for abating the impact of air pollution.
